The new swimming pool is here 🥰🥰
We are absolutely thrilled to announce the official opening of our state-of-the-art swimming pool at Tenri Primary School! The long-awaited facility is finally complete, marking a major milestone in our commitment to providing a holistic education that balances academic excellence with physical health and recreation.
Our students couldn't hide their excitement as they took their first dips under the warm Embu sun. The new pool is designed to meet high safety standards and will be used for physical education (PE) classes, swimming gala competitions, and life-saving training. Learning to swim is not only a fantastic full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health and coordination, but it is also a vital life safety skill that builds confidence in every child.
Professional swimming coaches and lifeguards will be on duty at all times to guide students and ensure absolute safety during all sessions. We look forward to seeing our students develop their aquatic talents, stay active, and make wonderful memories in this beautiful new facility. A big thank you to the school board, the management, and our wonderful parents for making this project a reality!
